This programme is designed to help you put on muscle as quickly and efficiently as possible whilst minimising fat gain and emphasising strength.
Progressive overload is the name of the game. Phase 1 of the programme is a 3 day full body split, designed to maximise muscle and strength gains due to the high frequency set up. Phase 2&3 are Upper Body, Lower splits which allow you to perform the necessary volume for optimum muscle growth whilst only requiring you to be in the gym 4 days a week.
