This programme is focussed around getting you as strong as possible primarily in the Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift while allowing you to gain muscle simultaneously. It’s a hybrid of a Powerlifting and Bodybuilding plan, hence the name ‘Power-building’, utilising techniques that have not only helped myself, but hundreds of people in the process.
